Guidance on Protection of Transgender, Nonbinary and  Gender Nonconforming Students – Illinois Department of Human Rights

If you experience discrimination in public accommodations, by public officials, or other violations of the Illinois Human Rights Act, you can file a claim with the Illinois Department of Human Rights. You may also be able to file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
